More than 1,000 Chinese character metal type pictures unearthed in South Korea

South Korea has excavated a large number of cultural relics from the early Joseon Dynasty at the Insadong site in Seoul. Among them, the discovery of movable metal types has attracted particular attention.This batch of movable type was produced during the reign of King Sejong in the mid-15th century, more than 500 years ago.Includes more than 1,000 Chinese movable types and more than 600 Korean movable types.
