Lake Baikal (located in southern Eastern Siberia, Russia, in the Republic of Buryatia and Irkutsk Oblast, between 51°29′-55°46′ north latitude and 103°41′-109°57′ east longitude, the total volume of the lake is 23.6 trillion cubic meters, and the deepest point reaches 1,637 meters. It is the deepest lake in the world and the largest freshwater lake in Eurasia.
